Reefline Pro is a plugin that adds full pages, starter homepages and store layouts to the free Reefline theme. There’s no theme to switch, so your settings and edits stay put.
Before you start
- The Reefline theme, installed and active. See Getting started with Reefline.
- The Reefline Pro zip file and your license key. Both are in the email you got after buying.
- WooCommerce, only if you want the store layouts.
Install the plugin
- In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin and click Upload Plugin.
- Choose the Reefline Pro zip file (keep it zipped) and click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin.
Activate your license
Right after you activate the plugin, WordPress asks for your license key. Paste the key from your purchase email and click Activate License. If you skipped that screen, go to Plugins and click Activate License under Reefline Pro.
Your license turns on updates and email support. The layouts work either way.
Add a page from a layout
- Go to Pages > Add New Page.
- In the window of page layouts, choose one from Reefline Pro: full pages. You can also add any layout later from the + button > Patterns.
- In the settings panel on the right, open the Page tab, click the template name and choose Full-width page (no title). Each layout has its own page heading, so this keeps you from getting two.
- Replace the example words and photos with your own, then click Publish.
Starter homepages
Choose Tropical dive resort, Cold-water dive shop or Independent instructor from the same list. Publish it, then make it your homepage under Settings > Reading. The cold-water homepage pairs with the Cold Water color style.
Store layouts
With WooCommerce active, the store home, gear catalog, courses and trips, gift cards, rental request and service drop-off layouts appear under Reefline Pro: store. In the settings panel on the right, open the Page tab, click the template name and choose Full-width page (no title). Each layout has its own page heading, so this keeps you from getting two.
Badge, checklist and note styles
Select a block, then pick a style under Styles in the settings panel on the right.
Updates and renewals
While your license is active, new versions show up under Dashboard > Updates like any other plugin. If your license expires, your site keeps working and every layout you’ve added stays as it is. You just stop getting updates and support until you renew.
