- Your site’s address.
- Which theme or plugin you’re using, and its version (under Appearance > Themes or Plugins).
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you can.
Never send us your WordPress password. We don’t need it to help.
Licenses and refunds
Every Reefline Pro license includes a year of updates and email support. Your license key and download link are in the email you got after buying. Checkout, invoices and renewals are handled by our reseller, Freemius.
Not the right fit? Email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund.
